New York City is synonymous with romanticism. But really for us the charm of NYC is its grit. These engagement photos are our take on one of the most romantic cities in the world.
Hannah and austin. Two incredible people with an even more incredible love.
We spent three days walking New York for these photos. first we spent time in Manhattan, the heartbeat of the city. We moved to Brooklyn to capture remnants of nyc’s history, before the gentrification hit hard. We wrapped up with photos at Coney Island, where it was a winter ghost town and we felt like we were the only people there.
New York is full of imperfections, and we approached these photos with a loose eye and composition, we made these photos with a snapshot aesthetic in mind.
