Film is Dead
Or maybe film is the best… Most of these photos were taken on overpriced 35mm plastic point and shoot cameras.
Film is more than a medium—it’s a time machine, a storyteller, and a little piece of magic. We started with 35mm film in 2005, back when every frame carried weight. As the world shifted to digital, we adapted, but something felt missing—like the soul of an image had slipped away.
That’s why, nearly two decades later, we still carry film to every wedding, elopement, and engagement. Film isn’t just nostalgic; it’s timeless. Raw and imperfect, it captures what digital can’t—the fleeting beauty of a moment, preserved in light and grain. Film isn’t dead. It’s the heartbeat of every story we tell.
