The Corson Building Wedding

An oasis in the heart of Georgetown. The Corson Building is one of the most unique wedding venues in Seattle.

The Corson Building, Seattle, WA

While Seattle has a big amount of options when it comes to choosing a venue, not very many offer up the level of charm that The Corson does.

Located in the heart of Georgetown in Seattle, The Corson was originally built as a home in 1926 and in 2008 it was transformed into a restaurant and event space. And this is great news for couples looking for a unique space to exchange their wedding vows. It truly is an oasis in the city. the terrace has wood nymph sculptures and a beautiful garden, perfect for cocktail hour. The Corson Building can accommodate up to 80 guests but it’s perfect for the small and intimate weddings.

The Corson is off the beaten path, offering up plenty of privacy for your wedding. And the interior is just as buitiful as the exterior. A large fireplace sits in the middle of the dining room. Candles, cookbooks, and metalwork all do their job in providing a deeply atmospheric interior.

Then there’s the charming courtyard where dinner is served. It’s just so intimate and has a backyard feeling. The Corson has the old world charm of Europe but it’s rustic down to the cracks in the walls and vine-covered brick.
